Yay! I lost 2kgs this week. I cant believe it. Im so stoked. I am now within my healthy weight range (by 100grams-lol).
Goal weight here I come!

Weigh in

I weighed in this morning at my meeting. I gained 1 whole kg. That is huge. I cant believe it. But I ate every last ounce of it. I was feeling really despondent until I read this weeks weekly card. The opening paragraph said "It doesnt matter if you over-indulged, Its what you do next that matters". How true is that?
So for breakfast after my meeting I had apricot and almond porridge 4 points and for lunch I had WW tuna and cheese on toast 4 points. No chocolate or hot cross buns for me. I want to lose weight!
Im taking the kids to the feed the ducks at the park in a minute and then I will try and get out for a walk.

Going backwards

Ive been slowly slipping backwards the last few days and today totally gave in to the lolly/chocolate's. I went grocery shopping and it was 2 for $4 for a packet of sweets. Between Denis and I they are all gone. I cant quite believe it. What a pig I am!
I didnt walk today because I just couldnt be bothered. I have yoga at 530 tomorrow so at least Il start the day with some energy. At least by doing that I am out of bed and have no excuse for not walking the kids to school.
