I weighed in this morning at my meeting. I gained 1 whole kg. That is huge. I cant believe it. But I ate every last ounce of it. I was feeling really despondent until I read this weeks weekly card. The opening paragraph said "It doesnt matter if you over-indulged, Its what you do next that matters". How true is that?
So for breakfast after my meeting I had apricot and almond porridge 4 points and for lunch I had WW tuna and cheese on toast 4 points. No chocolate or hot cross buns for me. I want to lose weight!
Im taking the kids to the feed the ducks at the park in a minute and then I will try and get out for a walk.
