So I stuck to plan today and also did a 45min walk this evening. Not bad! Here is my journal:
Breakfast: Yoghurt 3 Kiwifruit x2 1
Lunch: Soy and Linseed Bread 1.5 WW tuna 1 Cheese 1tbs 1.5 Apple 1
Dinner: Dory lite fish fillets x2 3 Potatoes x2 small 2 Olive oil .5 Brocolli 0
Snack: Bulla Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt 2.5
Walk45mins mod intensity = 2 bonus points
Total points used = 17
Total points saved = 8!!!
Not bad for my first day back on track. Bring on tomorrow. Im going to walk my daughter to preschool with my son in the pushchair. Must be worth more to push them lol.
