Todays Journal

Breakfast: Apricot and Almond Porridge 4
Lunch: Cheese 2.5 Soy and Linseed Bread 1.5 Grapes .5
Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognese Faststart recipe without bacon 6.5 Strawberries .5 1 tsp Icing Sugar .5
Snacks: Strawberries .5 Pinky treat size bars x2 2
Total points used = 18.5
Total points earned = 60min mod walk 2.5/yoga 20mins 1
Total points saved = 8!!!
We took the kids strawberry picking today which was so much fun. I ate a whole bunch of strawberries along the way. The good thing is its such a healthy and yummy snack. I think we will try and go a few more times before the season is over.
Also Im so pleased with myself that Ive kept up a daily yoga practice for the last 4 days. It was one of my New Years resolutions! Il be going to class on Tuesday evenings and Thursday mornings. Tomorrows class is at 530am. EEk! Ive done it for the last 2 weeks and so far have found it a great way to start the day. I dont now how well it will go in winter though....
