Ok so my daughters party is over and done with and Im ready to get going. I want to lose 12kgs in 12 weeks. That means losing a kg a week til 10th April. Wish me luck!
Tomorrows meal plan is:
Breakfast: Yoghurt 3, Kiwifruit x2 1
Lunch: Soy and Linseed Bread 1.5, WW Tuna 1, 1tbs grated cheese 1.5, Apple 1
Dinner: Dory lite x2 fillets 3, small potatoe x2 2, chicken salt 0, olive oil 2 tsp 1.5, brocolli 0
SNACKS: Nibblies 1, Apple 1
Points = 17.5
