Still going!

So Im still on programme and feeling really good! I had Yoga last night and then watched TV with my husband so forgot to transfer my journal to here. I sent him out to get nappies and he came back with a bag of lollies aswell! He offered me some and I said no. Yay! That was my biggest challenge yesterday.
Journal for yesterday:
Breakfast: Apricot & Almond Porridge 4
Lunch: S & L Bread 1.5 Cheese 2.5 Chutney .5 Apple 1
Dinner: Macaroni Cheese 5.5
Snacks: Frozen Yoghurt 2.5 Goji Berries & Strawberries .5 1tsp honey with yogi tea .5
Exercise: Walk 60mins mod 2.5/Yoga 90mins 3
Total points used = 18.5
Total points earned = 5.5
Points saved = 10!
What a great day!
